Umsebenzi:
a. I-antioxidant yemvelo esefomini kawoyela, esetshenziswa kakhulu emafutheni, ukudla okuqukethe amafutha, imboni yezimonyo njll njengezithasiselo eziluhlaza okwemvelo ukunweba impilo yeshalofu.
b. Kungabambezela ukuqala kwenqubo ye-oxidation yamafutha nokudla okunamafutha, ithuthukise ukuzinza kokudla futhi inwebe isikhathi sokugcina, nayo ingasetshenziswa njenge-condiment yenyama nenhlanzi.
